I visit Ashford outlet most months. The salepersons need some serious training. None of them are remotely interested in serving you. As if u have offended them by entering the shop. I bet they don't get any commission and are definitely underpaid. I have seen so many different faces there but never a welcomjng one. I hope some company manager reads the review and acts on it as I do like their shoes and every time I enter the shop I think to myself why am I in this shop again to get the liusy service again. Leaves such a bad taste in your mouth. Learn from Pavera next door. The manager sold us 2 shoes when we wenr to return one
