    Halcyon site in North Wales / Chester Shocking customer service, shocking quality control, company as a whole do not care once you have the keys to your so called dream house. Been in ours for 5 months, over 300 snags and still not addressed. Damaged and faulty items fitted to the house, only to be told "well we can buff that up to look as good as new", they should be new and not other peoples rejects!!!. Have a hole in our kitchen for a dishwasher space... its a 700mm wide bare brick space, no way we can fit a dishwasher in. The problems with Eccleston are right through the company, we had one of their directors visit in Jan, he sat here and listened to everything we said agreed it was bad and said sorry, yep you guessed... did nothing. One plot left to sell, and I hope anyone that is viewing that £528,000 house check them out online, oh house has increased in value 3 times, but they have never sold it!!! money is their only interest, makes sense as if they fix a customers snag it hits their pockets, so they don't fix snags. Tbh I know they won't contact any of us, and wont reach out to me on here, but when thier site must have over 2000 snags between 8 houses, that's tells you everything you need to know about Eccleston Homes Ltd. Mad thing is they must think we don't talk to each other

    Dealt with Amy over at the Halcyon site in North Wales / Chester. Incredibly rude! Tried ringing her three times to make an appointment, no answer. Turned up at the site to have a quick look around... asked if i'd made an appointment? No, but tried ringing over 3 times! Was greeted with dismissiveness and rudeness. Good thing I didn't like the site anyway because I doubt I would have felt comfortable buying a home with a company with such poor customer service.

    Terrible experience working with this company. Where do I start. Sales people don't tell the truth. Workmanship from the various subcontractors is average. After sales care is shocking. They have one person dealing with all enquiries and one handy man. They clearly will not invest in after sales care, just happy to pocket the profits from new developments. Oh and don't believe the big sell on the gardens. Pictures attached of what they really look like.
