Customer service doesn’t exist - staff working were incredibly rude barring the one who took payment at the end. Car went in cleaner than it came out, and they left streaks and water marks worse than what it originally had on the windows and mirrors. Thought it’d be good as their website really makes it seem as though they know what they’re doing, but it’s all smoke and mirrors.

Had the full valet done on my car and frankly I am disappointed. The back seats fold up and they didnt hoover in that space. The service description said the mats and seats would be washed. I highly doubt that even happened apart from some light wash on the front seats and mats. They said treatment for exterior plastics but that hadnt been done. Windows were cleaned and dashboard but most focus on what you see right away. They say wheels are washed but my alloys still had dried muck from ages ago which I was able to remove with a damp cloth and minimum effort. The description says mats are redyed but that didnt happen either. My advice is avoid this place at all costs. Waste of money. Service: Vacuuming
