    Only positive things to say. Especially to Claire on reception. Always so lovely and helpful. Excellent service from everyone, reception to GPS and nursing team. These are really difficult and challenging times within general practice. So thank you for continuing to provide excellent care.

    A dog would get better treatment from a vets practice than a patient at this practice ! There are constant problems and no one there is ever at fault.

    Can never get an appointment, call at 8.30am and engaged until around 9.00am and then another half an hour or so wait in queue. By time you get through all appointments are gone. Get told to ring back next day or call 111 or go to walk in. They need more staff and online appointments are never for same week, least 2 weeks away and not clear that they're telephone appointments only.

    Phoned on behalf of someone that hasn't been able to eat etc since NYE, having stomach pains and stabbing pains in throat when having a sip of water! Also has swelling on one side of his body!! Told this to receptionist and her response was 'too bad we have no appointments today either call 111 or call back again tomorrow' what a way to handle the patients!! 'yeah sure Karen IL just call back tomorrow and wait another 2 an half hours in que I was only caller number 28' 🤬🤬

    12.30-2 it is closed so not bother phoning or picking up anything at lunch. Phone appointments are usually a 2-3 week wait. Oversubscribed and a lack of staff. They are friendly and helpful but very limited services and do not seem to be at all convenient.

    Tried booking an appointment today, I listened to the automatic message, then told to ring back and the phone was put down. Booked online the only available appointment, which will be over the phone, 4 weeks away. Yes, FOUR weeks, I could have died, been buried and had my house sold by then. What an absolute disgrace.
