I had a very good experience when I bought a tool from the shop first time which made me order another tool online but unfortunately their online service is terrible!!! It was supposed to be delivered next day but my order is still "processing" after 5 days. I left a message on their live chat, no reply, I emailed the sales still no reply or update. Very frustrating!
