I contacted EC Vehicle Repairs to get a quote to change the front brake pads on my Ford Transit. The ‘contact us by WhatsApp’ function is brilliant and I could make contact straight away. Daryl contacted me after work and in the space of 9 minutes and two questions being asked, I had my quote. It could not have been easier. 3 months ago, Janet Edwards wrote a review on EC vehicle repairs, it is obvious that she has no concept of the value of a true tradesperson and as such I feel her review should be ignored and she should give her head a wobble. Daryl turned up on the dot as agreed and straight away his demeanour instilled confidence in me. He didn’t want to stop for a tea or any idle chat he just wanted to crack on, which he did. Within the space of 50 mins the work was completed. Now there is nothing worse for a trade to hear the words ‘while you are here’, I was that person today and within 2- or 3-minutes Daryl had diagnosed the issue, suggested the remedial works and I now look forward to him carrying out the next repairs on my old workhorse. I should add that the ‘while you are here’ fault had been looked at by a garage during an MOT and no problem found. Great work Daryl. I thought the pricing of the brakes etc was on point, likewise the labour charge, much cheaper than a garage.
