I visited several jewellers before deciding to go with EC One for an engagement ring, as all your staff were so friendly and inviting. I felt very comfortable asking all the basic questions I had as a complete novice in the world of jewellery. Jo was especially helpful in guiding me to find a design that fit my very confusing brief, without ever being too directive. To top it off the care and flexibility around resizing the ring afterwards was brilliant.

The team is absolutely lovely, sure. But more than that they are very skilled craftsman. I came in to request a re-sizing of my pinky ring, barely able to articulate what it was that needed to be done : they very intuitively understood and perfectly executed what I merely imagined. My delicate and precious jewel came back from their workshop feeling even more mine & familiar than ever. I am beyond happy by the precision and delicacy with which they handled this job. I've never had a piece of bespoke jewellery commissioned before so wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but from beginning to end the process with EC One was pretty much everything I was imagining and hoping for. The initial consultation was super helpful with getting high level ideas on what sort of designs might be to my partner's liking - she'd mentioned she was quite drawn to art deco styles. The next meeting shortly after to choose from a set of teal sapphires EC One had obtained for the engagement ring made me feel very involved in the process. Then the CAD drawings were great for visualising the end result as well. And all the EC One staff were so friendly throughout and obviously super knowledgeable about jewellery. My partner loved the ring in the end too. All in all brillant. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

First, it is a B Corp which for those not aware is a prestigious certification for companies who care about people and planet. Second, my personal experience was fantastic. My ring was initially slightly too big so I brought it back in and they resized it within 10 minutes. They even gave me a plaster for a blister on my foot! Very happy customer

We had a wonderful experience with EC One. They made and engraved our wedding bands which are so beautiful, made size adjustments as required and even fixed an issue with my engagement ring (that was made elsewhere) at very shot notice when I realised there was a problem with it 3 days before our wedding! Lovely people and beautiful designs. Highly recommended!
