Received a beautiful custom made award from them today shipped to the USA. I have never seen such a well-packaged glass item ever before. I consider myself to be pretty OCD when it comes to packing items in a way that protects them, but I was blown away by how well protected the award was in many layers of foam, plastic wrap and bubble wrap! If you order with them, you will be impressed too!
