This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, shocking customer service,waited nearly 4 weeks and item never turned up so believe it was never even sent them offered a replacement but that was never sent either, scam company taking peoples hard earn money and sending no products, please stay well away for Ebox media Ltd or so I was told the sister company design and house sign.com

Terrible customer experience. Ordered online and fortunately used a form of payment that protects the buyer as their customer service is non-existent. Although, pleasant and polite on the phone, no promises they made have been kept and that casts a doubt over any information they gave me, including why the transaction had failed and that they didn't actually receive my money. There are other options out there for what they offer, I would suggest using them.
