Do not use this man. Took my car back as Towbar wasn’t connecting to caravan and my parking sensors weren’t working. He charged me £40 after paying £675 for the tow bar fitted onto an Audi Q5. Still didn’t work and neither did my parking sensors. Took it back again and he said it would now connect to caravan but he needed an upgrade to his software to find the problem with the reversing sensors. Then my key stopped working and he’s left panels pulled out in my boot. Took it back again and he said there was nothing else he could do with the tow bar. I asked him to remove it and refund my money and he refused point blank. This has left me feeling very upset. I’m now going to have to take it to Audi to look at the Towbar that still doesn’t connect properly as well as the parking sensors and my key fob. I will be taking this to the small claims court. Very very disappointed
