I went to the salon a couple of months back and forgot to leave a review. Hairdresser was late, my flexi rods set looked flaky and wasn't finished properly. I think they need a better customer service. Otherwise the owner was sweet.

EbonyB Hair Salon is honestly the best I've ever been to! It's been really hard to find a trusted hair salon in London that specialises in natural hair care. This was my first visit and I had a wash, treatment, blow dry, silk press and trim. Zuwena was amazing, from consultation, to talking through each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable. The whole experience was informative and very relaxing. Zuwena was so warm and friendly, took great care of my hair and was very gentle. I could have fallen asleep whilst my hair was being washed and treated lol. My hair hasn't felt this soft, moisturised and silky in a long time, so I'll definitely be back for maintenence. I also appreciated the tips for a better hair routine. 10/10 for service and experience. Thank you! :)

I I have been searching for a good hair stylist who diligently understands afro-kinky natural hair, and I find such management and service today at Ebonyb. I got my hair confidence restored in Zuwena's s hands. She patiently and passionately catered for what my Kinky 4c hair needed. She wasn't aggressive or looked down at my hair as a challenge; now, I found a proper hairstylist in London who doesn't leave your hair fuzzy or oily upon arriving home. You know that feeling of 'I could have done this myself once home as she provided advice on after-service hair care management, which was great. Thank you, Zuwena, for a blessed, stress-free experience. I have a fabulus and satisfying day. Highly recommend it. Your service was worth it!!
