    Quality of hair has really gone downhill the last few months. I’ve placed orders for double drawn and triple weft but when I received the orders the hair was so thin, it definitely wasn’t what I paid for. Customer service wasn’t very good either.

    Purchased hair extensions and the quality was very poor and also too expensive for what it is. The lady who served me apart from taking out one item, she didn't explain or present me with other options and as result I paid £65 for something which I will never use. Its really sad as I ve been using the store quite often but I won't be shopping there no more.

    I gave 4 stars because it has everything i wanted. Well i do faux locs so I compromised with another hair to wrap. But it worked so good, but customer service is just okay. They don’t really know much about what they are selling so you get vague answers. Central location and not expensive to me at all.

    I have been in the shop 4 times now hoping each time for someone to actually notice I was there to buy, the lady who did serve me in the end, was beyond rude I asked a question and she just ignored me! And I didn't appreciate being looked up and down, will never shop there again, it's not even worth one star

    Extremely poor customer service. They (not just 1 person) judge you and respond to you based on how you look. I definitely won't be returning. If you're not careful you'd be scammed. Another slightly inferior item was almost passed off on me as the one I wanted when it wasn't. I noticed and asked for it to be changed. Not even tried out the items I got. Still disappointed from the overall service and experience. Patronise at your own risk!
