The guys at eBike Motor Centre carefully gave me a running commentary on what the problems were, how they proposed to fix the issues, and did all they said they would do. I'm a pilot and assistant mechanic for Cycling Without Age Portland. Our Brose-powered Triobike has a hard time on our hills, and was suffering because of that and the bodgery visited upon it following a 'repair' by a local bike shop. I am beyond glad that I discovered eBike Motor Centre! Pete and the team have been extremely generous and gave us loads of great advice even before we spent a single penny with them!
