Useless staff sent me to wrong platform even though I literally told Them where I need to go, I've been told there aren't trains. When I came back with the information that there are trains to strood the member o of staff rudely said "I didnt understand you! and you missed your train anyway".. I'll be complaining to the supervisor and the department.
