Ebay reference SR# 1-463172176791 In reference to my complaint- seller always penalised if the buyer decides they do not want the item anymore even though its fully working. When I appealed I was sent one response and nothing since. Terrible experience with sale It has put me off selling in the future.

I received a disgusting level of customer service. By way of action and insinuation I was called a liar by a manager, I was cut off by another advisor who just couldn't be bothered to listen to a complaint (it's your job mate!), passed on by 2 other advisors before I actually spoke to one guy who actually cared about the customer and providing a decent level of customer service. Hat's off to you Alhajah and thank you, you are a shining star in a pit of couldn't give a toss people with no idea how to treat you as a PERSON and HUMAN BEING.

Made the mistake of ordering an item as a guest buyer at the beginning of December. Item still not arrived at the end of January. Cannot contact the seller as they are no longer active on eBay and all attempts at trying to get eBay to respond to my request for a refund have either failed or been ignored. Going to complain to their London office but not holding my breath! Won't be using eBay anymore.
