    Absolutely awful follow up service. Bought one of their expensive hot and cold washing machines to find it rarely spins properly. Have had it 5 months. Rang their "support" very early on and was told they were aware, and waiting for a software update......no further communication. Rang 2 months later and was told that the engineers were now doing the software update and we were on the list. Rang last week and was told we would now be prioritised!! My wife now would like me to pull it out and get one from Currys!! So pretty much every load needs to be re spun several times. Using more time and energy I wish we had just sent it back at the start. But were told we needed to do that within 30 days, or similar (we did make the first call within 30 days. I feel they should have swapped it/had it back if they knew there was a problem) Do not buy one of their washing machines unless you are sure it has had this issue sorted Still waiting.......hopeless. It's always us ringing them

    Absolutely shocking customer service, I rang for sales and they knew nothing about their own dehumidifiers other than what’s on the website, spent ten minutes just to get the woman to listen to the question I was actually asking. It’s completely put me off buying from this company, which is a shame as I was intending on buying British made. Furthermore, the number they give on their website for customer services doesn’t connect (I had to dig to find a connectable number), which makes me wary that they will be very difficult to deal with regarding any warranty or other issues. Not what you’d expect for the heavily priced units they sell. Clearly a marketing first kind of company rather than one that focuses on effective technology.

    Placed an order online. They were happy to take my money immediately, then message several working days later to say they have no stock. You need to sort out your online ordering system so that people can't order what you don't have. I have now wasted several days when I could have purchased elsewhere. Can't comment on the products, but their processes just aren't good enough.

    I have both washing machine and dehumidifier. Products i believe are very good but their customer service team need to read their title 'Customer' service. To cut a long story short, their delivery partner failed to deliver on several occasions. I eventually gave up cancelled and travelled to their HQ and purchased one direct. Their 'Customer' service team have failed to refund till the item is returned by their delivery partner who failed to deliver to me!! No time frame given, this is shambolic customer service in todays world and is a poor reflection on the company

    Product OK . Customer service terrible . De-humidifier ordered with 24hr delivery paid for . 3 days later product arrived . Chased via email , reply eventually received after delivery had been made advising "First time this has happened " ! Don't believe that as many reviews advise long delivery. Then i realised EBAC had never emailed or sent with product any Invoice/ receipt so i sent an email asking for one . 3 days later Invoice emailed to me with incorrect invoice details(Invoiced to themselves not me) . I immediately emailed back and have chased 3 times in-between now and 16 days later still waiting for a reply. They are not replying to any emails sent . Tried calling twice ....on hold 30 minutes . This company pride themselves on being a British Company and warn about using Chinese products .I bought in to Ebac for that reason . Regretting that now as customer service is terrible . Shame .

    Horrendous experience. Bought the 2650e nearly two years ago. Keeps breaking down and doesn't extract properly. Shocking customer service., so stressful. Take 10 days to respond to emails. Ages to pick up the phone.If the machine breaks down you will have to use a days holiday as you cannot just send it back. Worst experience. Just got my repaired dehumidifier back and surprise surprise it doesn't work!!!!!!!
