Ordered from Elles Belles off TikTok over a year ago when she was building the business and one of the body suits I ordered didn’t fit: I returned it too her and Elle said she’d exchange it for me. Only for me to receive nothing , no refund nothing. She just ignored me. Be careful of Elle she comes across all sweet but she’s very calculated.

The clothes here are really expensive compared to other stores. Most of the clothes here can be purchased at multiple places online/in other independent clothes shops on the high street. I have purchased identical items at other shops for example a top that was being sold for £28 I got for £18.. I purchased here once and was really disappointed. They were offering 20% off which enticed me in as this would have got the products down to a reasonable price - but you still had to pay £3.99 delivery! So I ordered some bits I did want and then ordered a few other items that I didn't really want but were OK to even out the cost of the shipping and actually benefit from the 20% off. The next day I was told that none of the items I actually wanted were in stock. When I replied saying can i cancel the order they then said no as my items had already been send out. I didn't get the order for another 2 days. When I checked the site they still had the item in another size. Why did they not offer me a smaller size? When this had happened to me at other retailers they have always emailed and asked if I want another size or if I still want the order. When I emailed asking what I do now as I have items I didn't want and I had paid £3.99 for the privilege, my email was ignored for 2 days and I had to chase it. The response I got I found really rude considering this was their error!!! Surely you would do a stock check before doing an online promotion!!! UPDATE - I ordered another order as I got another promotional email from them and thought I would give them another chance. The swimsuit I ordered previously that I was told was out of stock now has arrived and ANOTHER item I ordered was cancelled due to no stock! Seems like they don't have a proper live stock system?
