I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. The staff is very unhelpful. I had a huge problem with mould in my room and let them know multiple times but never received any help. The entire wall was covered in black mould and no one did anything about it. In general the house was not very clean either. Despite having so much trouble with the mould, I didn’t even get the full deposit back, because of several unnecessary fees that they charged me. On top of that, all of the tenants had to leave much earlier than they had planned, because they simply gave up our house. I will not be booking anything with EazyCity again.
