Been with this company for a few years now so have plenty of experience with their services. I have called them over 13 times over the past 3 months due to their incompetence. They don’t reply to calls or messages. Strangely this office company use another company to answer most calls so the person on the line has no idea who you are or about the services the business provides. You leave a message with them and they say you will get a call back within 24 hours which doesn’t happen. I was charged twice for annual membership this years which took multiple emails to get resolved and credited. I had mailing credit applied to my account at the company’s request yet they never send any and ask me to pay each time I get mail! A new system means they now do not automatically send it out to you but you now have to confirm a quote and then pay. I have requested my mail credit back but I am still waiting weeks later. We had two letters sat on their desk waiting two weeks before being forwarded to me when supposed to be sent the same day first class. There system says they have been sent but I'm still waiting to receive them. They received another letter 3rd August and today is 15th and on checking it's remains with them. I turned up at their offices 3 weeks ago due to the mail taking so long and was informed when I couldn’t find it and called, it's not manned and appointment only but there is no one there anyway. I could continue and the shocking service but don’t want to waste anymore of my time. Do not use this company, they are a joke. I will be looking to use a professional company else where.

Don’t go for this company at all if you are foreigner...my experience as a international client was awful...there is no customer support number at all... when i call them female receptionist say me we will call you back after 24 hours i got responded via email that we are not allowed to do international calls... moreover after initial deposit they will tell you that your proof of address should be notarized by some barrister in uk....digital scammer
