Ordered my first box, not impressed by the quality. I highly doubt some products came from Italy at all. Had to throw away everything and. When I complained I've been told I could get another box for free, but when I said no thanks, I was left without a response, let alone a full refund , even though I was more than willing to send the products back (and even sent photos). Really not impressed
