There isn't enough words to thank Ashlyn and Julian. I didn't have the best experience buying my first home but they helped me every step of the way. When my first property offer fell through from legality, Julian was quick to action! Nothing was too much, the customer service i received was incredible. Ashlyn was kind and reassuring when I was worried and Julian was comforting when things got rocky, a real mortgage hero! They both feel like old friends. Sitting here in my first home I have the whole Eaton Team to thank for holding my hand every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Now that we have completed on our house, I can now leave a review, and give a massive thank you to Julian Thompson at Eaton Mortgages! Julian came highly recommended, so I knew we were in good hands from the start. As first time buyers, we were new to the whole process. But Julian made the experience so easy. He was informative, patient and made us feel at ease. It was like speaking with an old friend. Julian was always on hand to answer any questions. Even when he was on holiday, he still touched base to make sure things were progressing (that’s dedication right there). It’s nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their clients, and puts in the legwork to ensure that we’re getting the best deal. Julian also looked at our current life insurance Policies to ensure we were getting the best deal. And recommended cover for any unforeseen eventualities. I can’t recommend this man enough. He is a real credit to this company. Thanks again Julian!

Cannot recommend Eaton Mortgages enough, we have been returning every remortgage time for the last 8 years and have never been disappointed. Deb and her team always go above and beyond, they keep track of the whole process and keep you updated. I absolutely detest not being able to speak to someone but with Eaton I have never had this problem and they respond to messages on the portal very quickly and are always at the end of the phone when needed.
