I joined Ruth’s Eat.Sleep.Yoga classes seven years ago as a total novice. I can remember feeling apprehensive when joining my first class, but this was a short lived feeling. Ruth’s natural warmth is welcoming and her classes cater for all levels-you’ll never feel inadequate. Yoga has become part of my life and I’d feel incomplete without it.

Ruth who runs Eat. Sleep. Yoga is a fantastic yoga teacher catering for all levels offering a range of classes from chair yoga and beginners through to yoga flow and fierce warrior. She also runs meditation classes, retreats and workshops - I've learnt so much attending these. She is friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I attended my first class, never having done yoga before, about 5 years ago and she made me feel very welcome and over the last 18 months she brought yoga into our homes, via zoom, on a daily basis. I can't recommend Ruth highly enough!

I have always run and cycled, but after experiencing chronic back pain I decided to give yoga a go. I have been attending Ruth's classes, either at the venue or via Zoom, for about 3 years now and I have no doubt that yoga is playing a vital role with stretching and strengthening my muscles, and providing welcome relief to my ongoing back pain. Ruth is a great instructor, who always explains exactly what to do so you can ensure that the exercises are being performed properly. She is consistently changing the routines to keep them interesting and fresh and to maximize the workouts, and is very inclusive, ensuring that all abilities are catered for. Thank you for being such a great teacher Ruth!

I cannot recommend Ruth’s yoga classes highly enough. They are open to all, regardless of age, fitness levels or yoga experience. I have tried a few different classes both online and in person and this is the one I always come back to. In addition to the live classes, access to the online library that Ruth provides is great and excellent value for money.

Her workshops and retreats are good value, informative and friendly. I've been attending her classes for a few years and my arthritis is kept in check :). I have been attending Eat. Sleep. Yoga. classes for about five years and I can thoroughly recommend them. I was a total beginner and Ruth has really helped me develop my practise in that time. She quickly adapted to the COVID situation by running classes on zoom and through YouTube, for an amazing monthly price. Ruth also runs online (and in person when allowed) workshops which are enjoyable and informative. I have also attended some of her retreats which are truly wonderful.
