Beautiful Furniture, Second to None: We recently purchased bedroom furniture from Eat Sleep Live and truthfully, in short, I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone even remotely interested in this style of furniture. We have moved to a new home and were looking for internal furniture for both our bedroom and our lounge, we saw Eat Sleep Live's furniture advertised online and despite extensively looking at the time, were unable to find anything we felt remotely matched the unique style we saw. Upon initially speaking with Rachael over the phone (who was immediately very accommodating to the few questions I had), we arranged to visit the Eat Sleep Live premesis before making our purchase. Our appointment there was with Leah (actually one of the owners as it turned out), who was lovely, informative, helpful and you can see she truly believes in their product. We were offered a tour of their workshop to see where the furniture was all hand-made, along with getting an idea of how they put together each individual piece to ensure providing you with the colouring you expect and desire. We also found upon speaking with Leah that they offer a huge array of customisation to the finishing touches on their product and are even able to bespoke certain elements if required to make it right for you. After our visit, we felt confident we wished to go ahead however had some finalisation on the colour and sizing we wanted to go ahead with - something again that Rachael was more than happy to discuss through with me, answer my questions and provide detailed and helpful information to make the best decision possible. Upon ordering our furniture - they were extremely accommodating as we were purchasing a new home without a set date for completion and on the delivery day itself our furniture was delivered by "The Andy's" (Andy & Andy!) who again were professional, friendly, polite and as an additional note would say; they'd had an incredibly long day (after me asking when they'd started) but you absolutely would not have known it. They had the enthusiasm and humour as if it was the first job of their day Lastly, to the furniture itself - they managed to pull out from the wood all of the colour preferences that we had, truly leaving us with something beautiful and unique. It's stunning, hard wearing, well made and backed up by their lifetime guarantee. In truth, we could not be happier in any regard and will be ordering more furniture from them soon, I have no doubt and we would not hesitate to recommend ESL to anyone else in a heartbeat. Thanks ESL! - To Add to this review as I cannot add another - I opted for a Second purchase from ESL and just as with the first time I'd strongly and very highly recommend this company. This time we ordered a "Cavendish Double TV Stand", the quality and aesthetics are just as beautiful and impressive as the first time. To keep this shorter than my last review I would say that overall the service that ESL provide their customers from start to finish in every aspect of what they offer goes above and beyond and this is the second of many more purchases I intend to make. Amazing Company, Amazing Furniture! From start to finish, Eat Sleep Live were phenomenal. Rachael Wade was brilliant, from ordering, to delivery, to after sales. The Delivery Crew were brilliant, getting out beautiful table up to the 3rd floor when the lift was too small to accommodate. Extremely happy with our purchase!! We bought a bed frame and the quality is incredible. Really feels like a piece of furniture we'll be able to keep for decades. On top of that, Eat Sleep Live offer the best customer service I have EVER experienced. Not exaggerating – they are incredible. They followed up by phone and email right after we placed the order on their website, kept us updated throughout the process, delivered and built the bed in our flat, and all of that ahead of the date they had initially shared (because they custom make and personally deliver all the furniture there's usually a few weeks to wait but it is really worth it!!). Wonderful experience, 100% recommend!!
