The small group training here is great. The classes do challenge you but they are lots of fun. The team of Chris, Brad and Steph are fantastic - really friendly and supportive and will help you get the most out of your sessions. They've created a very relaxed and inclusive atmosphere and the membership is a great bunch of people and very diverse. I'm in my 50s and had never previously set foot in a gym, but I have been going for nearly three years now and it is a key part of my schedule. I've really felt the benefits in terms of my strength, fitness and flexibility.

Small group personal training in free weight environment - max 4 people per session -- I'm mid 50s with a niggly back, but the sessions let you judge weights etc based on ability. My back feels stronger, feel muscle tone improving, and the discipline of committing to sessions keeps me on the straight and narrow. I'd recommend.
