I have been moved twice by Easyshift over the years and thanks to the team, they removed any stress I may have had from the move, beginning to end. Yanos and the team did a fantastic job moving my three bedroom flat. First Yanos came and priced up - clearly explaining the process, advising on how to plan the move and timescales. They then dropped off the boxes and advised me how to seal them for safe transportation. They held my moving date and offered flexibility with ongoing communications. On the day itself, I barely had to lift a finger. I left them with the keys and went off to sign the paperwork, returning to a neatly-packed truck of a life's belongings When we met at the new flat, that family were in total dissaray, choosing to do their move themselves, with two hire vans - Illustrating, very clearly, what a false economy it might be not to hire Easyshift for your move. With the utmost professionalism, we managed to work around this - getting them out and us neatly in, in what seemed like minutes. Moving home is a huge upheaval. Why make life more painful than it has to be? Yes, you pay for it, but it is very clear that you are getting what you pay for: expert removals with a supportive, reassuring manager and happy, energised team. Thank you EasyShift! Money VERY well spent. (Apologies for the late review - you helped me move in March 22!)

My move was organised by a local authority. Thank goodness I did not incur any of my own costs as I would not have paid as my job is still outstanding. Breach of contract comes to mind. As far as I have been aware, Easyshift were to install my plumbing themselves and outsource the fitting of my gas cooker as well as removals. They said my washing machine needed longer wires which I got however they've now said its the not basic plumbing I require and that's not included in their removals. Thus getting out of doing the work. Then the gas safe engineer work was not carried out as per the arrangement I was given. I was given a time of 8am then at 8.15am this was changed to 10-12pm then Jon on the phones abrupt and rude customer service throughout was completely off putting. Telling me to liaise with the gas safe person directly when actually my contract is with yourselves if you outsource that's not my issue.. Anyways the gas safe eventually agreed to a reasonable time but my plumbing is outstanding and they've got themselves out of that work. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
