We chose Easy Lift as they were local and contact on the phone and with the surveyor and installer who visited were positive. Nice and professional people. We rented. A few months in there was a fault ( the batteries required replacing). I phoned 9am this morning and by 2pm the engineer had fitted new batteries and all is well. Highly recommended.

He was very professional and answered all our queries and demonstrated lift very well. Little hiccup with remote control overnight. Fixed of Friday. Professional & Personable Company. Lee offered no obligation advice with competitive quote. Lee installed the stairlift in a difficult setting, solving any issues and installation was quick and tidy. When my mother passed away, Lee was very compassionate and decommissioned the stairlift and then a few months later reinstalled it for my father. The service received from Lee and the team at Easylift is outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Denise, I would like to thank yourself and your team for supplying and fitting the stair lift for my in-laws. From the email I sent to enquire about the stair and the quick reply from yourself, to then making the call to Lynn, for Lynn to explain the process and the options that we had and putting my mind at ease. For then Lionel to visit my in-laws to complete the survey, again explaining the process to them in terms easy for them to understand and again for them to feel at complete ease and confirming the fitting date. Then Craig attended my in-laws' home and fitted the stair lift, again explaining the full fitting process to them before he started and letting them know regular updates throughout the fitting process and answering their questions. To finish off going through the functions of the stair lift and how to use it. From the original email to fitting the stair lift was less than a week. This stair lift has completely transformed the life of my mother-in-law, and for that I thank you and your team. Both my in-laws can't stop saying how professional you and your team are and they have complete peace of mind with the stair lift. Once again thank you for all your help.

Excellent service from the whole team from start to finish. I contacted them on Monday, on behalf of my mum, to enquire about renting two straight stairlifts. They came out the very same day to measure up. Both Stairlifts have now been installed, just two days later! Craig the fitter was very efficient and has done an excellent job. Their fixed rental fee offers good value for money and there's no monthly fee, which other companies charge! My mum is very impressed and it will make life easier for her whilst temporarily caring for my elderly grandparents. Thank you
