    Awful company. In case you have any other choice - don’t chose EasyJet. They are rude, greedy, incompetent, expensive as for their service. Flight was delayed with no reason and no excuse (Madrid-Lisboa). Information on the Departure board was changing each 5 minutes. All other flights to Lisbon (other companies) took off in time.

    Cancelled just my return flight and gave an awful other option. Did offer a fund which wouldn't seem bad but due to them giving the legal minimum amount of notice period I lost all my deposit on the hotel. Thank god I hadn't booked any more extras like car hire or activities. No idea how doing stuff like this is still legal.
