we had been on 7 flights on our Europe trip, and the Luton easy jet was easily the worst. I had paid for all 4 of my baggage before hand, 2 in the hold, and 2 carry ons, and showed them my confirmation email and the two guys at the gate were making every person check the size of their carry on, and then pay extra if it was barely oversized. Never flying easy jet again.
