Over the past few weeks, I've attempted to communicate with them several times regarding a service and repair for my gate. Despite their assurances, they've failed to send the promised email and have repeatedly been unable to return my calls. Their lack of honesty was blatant. If they were too busy, incapable, or simply unwilling to perform the required services, they should have had the decency to inform me upfront. Instead, they opted for deception, and now I find myself seeking another service provider who will approach this situation with professionalism. I would like to express gratitude towards the accounting department, who tried to assist and discussed the matter with the service department. It's apparent, however, that the service department is nothing more than a sham, lacking a responsible person to manage it effectively. I can confidently say that this company's service department is not worthy of a recommendation.

Goodness - it's rare in this day and age that you get the level of support and confidence from a customer service team that I've had from Easy Gates. I have a fairly strange set up at my property, but the technical support team took the time to understand the layout and requirements I had for a new internal remote for my front gate and provided me with a cheap but spot on solution to my problem. Definitely recommend, if only for their top level customer service.
