Michael came to do an annual service on our electric boiler after we noticed it was dripping constantly. He replaced the expansion vessel and the temperature and pressure relief valve as they were no longer working. Michael was very friendly and helpful! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I registered my interest on the website at 9pm one evening and received a call the next morning. Michael who came to service the boiler very professional, patient and friendly. He explained everything well and was a consummate professional. He rang me in advance of arriving to the property and upon arrival. He left the area he worked around in good condition and left no mess. Staff from EasyFlow are G3 qualified which is an additional qualification to normal plumbing qualification, meaning they can service Hot Water tanks

I called and had an engineer with me the same day. The customer service and direct communications with a professional was speedy and excellent. My boiler fault was with the main electrics and it is a shame the qualified boiler technician was not able to fix this too however I now realise this needed a qualified electrician.
