Unfortunately my labels never arrived in time for the school term. When I contacted the company they said to wait! Twice. Ten finally offered a 25% refund and a new set sent out, but by that time I had no use for the labels. Refused me refund, and i am still waiting for my product. and

Really disappointed with the labels I received in a combined package. The labels look pretty, but that's about it. Followed the instructions with regards to applying the clothes, shoe and other labels and after three weeks of usage, almost all labels have come off and I've had to reapply them, which defeats the purpose of getting these labels in the first place! I bought the saver package with plastic tag applicator, small black tags, bag tags and bottle band. The bottle band is great, bag tags are a bit loose. Overall, the package I bought isn't good value for money and the quality of the bonding on the labels is poor. I will need to buy more name tags once the ones I've got have been used. I should have spent the money on a name stamp or sew-in name tags instead.

My order didn't go through on my card so I bought elsewhere. They then emailled to say they'd taken payment. Spoke to customer services who said the order was cancelled. Payment was still taken and I was asked to prove this to them by sending details. So they took payment for something they claimed was cancelled and then asked me to prove they had taken the payment. Avoid!

My mother ordered some tags for my son, she's received a letter today with some more tags to say they apologise as the standard they previously sent were not to their highest quality (although we haven't had any issues at all). The StickEasy clothing stickers are good quality, but they are very small. If any part of the name is long then the font is so small it's unreadable. They will still print them off and charge you even through they are unusable.
