Tried to book lessons over the phone and was told I would be put on a month long waiting list and I would receive a phone call confirming lesson availability, after receiving no phone call for two weeks, I called again asking whether I was put on a waiting list and if they knew when lessons might be available. They apologised and told me they would check where I was on the waiting list and call me back promptly. Two weeks on I still hadn't received a phone call, so I called again, they apologised and told me once again I'd get a call soon confirming whether I am on a waiting list. A month on still no contact.

It was my first time ever going for driving lessons. John was kind through email and phone and we arranged a first lesson, but he did not show up. I called him up later and he told me that he must've double booked and apologised. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and arranged another lesson with a different instructor of the company the following week. Guess what happened? The other instructor didn't turn up either. Upon calling John again and talking to him about it, The other instructor called me up and say's that John had not mentioned to him that he had a lesson with me, which he didn't even seem apologetic. After I told him I was not going to waste my time on lessons with this company anymore did he then apologise. I'm already very nervous and reluctant about driving lessons as i haven't had a lesson before and having to go through the stress of this was just a terrible experience. I expected a company with such good reviews to atleast show up / be more organised.

I would recommend Easy2Drive to anyone. Personally I've had some struggle with my drive tests after a few previous failed tests. This coupled with being a Uni student and only being able to drive in the short periods when I'm back home meant I didn't think I would be passing my test anytime soon. I started lessons with Easy2Drive and I really turned a corner (no pun intended) with my driving. John Chambers was confident, calm and knowledgeable. He really helped tackle some of the underlying problems with my driving. A big issues I struggled with was concentration, confidence and roundabouts. John was extremely patient with me and his persistence to fix some of my bad habits lead to me dramatically improving the way I drive in only a few week of lessons! I would recommend Easy2Drive and John to anyone who wants to learn to drive safely, quickly pass and not break the bank. Thoroughly great company and teaching!
