I recently contacted easy ride transfers for a transfer from Birmingham into Heathrow airport and a return. I was sceptical at first as I’ve used new business before and had issues. Well what can I say I was very wrong I had spoken to the driver over what’s app, and he went over the itinerary with me. On the day the driver arrived 20 minutes early and then took care of my luggage, which left me with the time to get the kids in the car. The journey was very smooth and the driver had also offered us snacks and water. On the way back he was waiting for us and again without any word took care of my luggage will I put the kids in the car. We've recently used Easy ride transfers to and from Heathrow airport, have to say that the service was fantastic - prompt pick-up from our flat in south Birmingham, child seat options available and a very smooth drive to and from the airport. On the return journey, our flight was delayed and I received a text from our driver, Riz, as soon as we landed who stayed in-touch with us until we met him waiting for us when came out of arrivals. All in all a very reliable, courteous and convenient service. I won't hesitate to use them for our next trip away .Many thanks Maz&Sarah
