Overpriced, agreed with a price on phone. Said invoice will be emailed instantly. Did not reply until asked again and sent it after several hours with vague pricing. Their plumber then charged excess. Initially told material costs are £65 and in invoice priced £30 with no item wise details. With fake business and fake boldness in the reply, calling this a fake review to claim themselves honest.

I had a nightmare with the outside drain being blocked. After several unsuccessful attempts at clearing it myself, I called easy plumber at 8.30am and a lovely gentleman came round at 10.45 and fixed the issue immediately. Very impressed. They came out on time, as promised, inspected and then gave me a quite for a new toilet installation as my old toilet was past it.
