I booked online specifically HUMMER (it was only HUMMER booking form), but the invoice received said HUMMERSTYLE (you now know I didn't get the HUMMER) - I didn't notice at the time but on the day a bit tired looking FORD limousine arrived - it did the job, but I feel tricked, therefore the score. If the business is fair to its clients, the stars will be there, but as you can tell... stars kind of missing..*** update following owner's reply *** I am afraid that after my telephone conversation with the company, no one even thought of mentioning that the online booking doesn't guarantee the HUMMER unless you pay £100 more - this £100 more made my smile - also, in the conversation, we talked about HUMMER. Maybe accept the misleading advert, apologise and improve customer service - that would bring back the stars you probably deserve.***
