I lived in accommodation managed by Easy Let Rooms at WA4 for about 2.5 years. From the very start to the very end their communication and service was great. They were always very responsive to any issues and typically fixed them within a couple of days. They never increased rent during my stay (despite it being higher for new tenants) and their all bills included was generous enough that I never had to pay any additional charges. Once I left the property they only deducted money from my deposit for damage I caused and fairly needed repairs. I don't actually think there could have been any improvements from their service.

Is there an option for no stars? When something is broken they never fix it. When you ring them they never answer, they’re very rude and over priced, they’re always at the building taking pictures from the outside window into your room. Please do not use this company. They tried to evict me so they can put the rent up from £480 to £585. minus 5⭐️’s
