  Shoddy workmanship cheap locks fitted to all doors and windows they never answer the phone. Door fitted back in April last year which was not cheap no end of problems locks failed twice now we are having the whole mechanism changed at our own expense simply don't trust them to do the repair. You have been warned most of the reviews on here are fake. This is what I'm using to lock my front door with this is not acceptable they have no shame.

  UPDATE ---- absolutly no after care/customer service, the web site has vanished and also gone off social media, no one answers the phone - looks like i am left with a door just over 12 mounts old with a huge split in it -------------- Very informative sales person, installers arrived in great time to measure up. Came when planned and Jon and his team were very efficient, polite and Professional.

  Easy Glass and Glazing LTD, Simonstone, Burnley. Had I read the reviews on this company I would not have placed my order – please research the company before placing any order. I ordered a front door from Easy Glass and Glazing on the 1st April 22. The contact was initiated by a rep cold calling at my house. Then a few days later I was visited by an agent who took the order for a front composite door with a glazed window either side of door then a 2 metre strip above the door. The agent asked for a 25% deposit which was paid. I was told the door and windows would take 6-8 weeks to make and he would get back to me with written confirmation of the details and size. I received no written confirmation or contact during this period. I initiated contact at the 7th week -first via telephone – then via email with no response. A week later I was told the door is being built. It was not until 11 weeks after the order the door was fitted. At no point was I given the dimensions of the door and glazing. The fitters turned up at lunchtime to do the job which they did not have time to complete. The supervisor of the fitters asked for £1500 to be paid via bank transfer before they had fully fitted the door. I paid believing it would be fitted before they left. The door was fitted with the side glazing and panels. The upper glazed panel that was over 2 metres wide was made 60mm short across the top of the 2 metres. This required temporary fixing of plastic edging to cover the gap. The fitters were unable to finish the door on the inside, all four sides needed finishing with plastic architrave. You could see expansion foam to all sides. The fitters left at 6pm and promised to return soon once the 2 metre glazed correct sized panel once it arrived. The fitters left the drive and garden area littered with tiny particles of white plastic from sawing. After they had left I noticed the glazed door was on the small size. The company was now closed so I phoned to enquire about the door size the following day. I spoke with someone called Mo. He explained in a heated exchange the door could only be made to the current dimensions and could not be made any bigger. The opening from top to bottom between the frame was 5ft.10” smaller than the door they removed. I complained about the size – believing the door would be at least the size of the one removed. The gap the door and glazed panels was fitted into is 2.3 mtr wide by 2.2 mtr tall. The person I spoke with said he would get back to me in the next few days. In the meantime I had a unfinished door. The weeks passed by with no contact, Three weeks later I contacted the company asking when the door will be finished. I was told by a gentleman who worked there he would pass my message on to admin as the call went through to the shop floor. Again there was no response – 4 weeks later after the fitting I contacted again and spoke with the same person on the shop floor. Explaining I would be away for 2 weeks and can they make arrangements for finishing the door upon my return. There was no response from the company. After my return I gave the company a call now 7 weeks after the fitting. I gave the company 1 weeks notice if did not here from them by the end of the 8th week after fitting, I would make my own arrangements to complete the fitting of the door. This company is terrible at communication – the workmanship of the fitters was poor. The door was the incorrect size that I ordered. I was given no written confirmation of the work and sizes of the door and panels other than basic order form from the agent I placed the order with, with no mention of sizes. Please if you use this company do not pay until the job is complete. I will never use this company again – they are unprofessional and unreliable. They are always unavailable by phone call and do not respond to emails. There are other companies out there who offer a far better service.

  Although circumstances meant we had to cancel our initial order at this present time, we could not speak more highly of the gentleman who came to guide us through the work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient, a pleasant change from some other sales persons we have encountered over the years. He genuinely wanted to help rather than pressure sell. The office staff too were pleasant and helpful. Will look to giving them custom as soon as our circumstances change.

  Wouldn't go with these ,paid deposit on a door in August still waiting no one know what there doing ,rang multiple times and get told different things .I've now asked for money back after being told manager would ring me multiple times and now nowt don't even answer the phone, its fraud. Unless you want to give your money away stay clear

  I ordered 2 windows and paid deposit, heard nothing since, tried ringing numerous times, when they have answered they said they would ring back and I heard nothing from them, left messages for the to ring back again Nothing , waste of time and energy

  This company is a rip off merchant, took £650.00 deposit off me and were being struck off by Companies House, this has now been suspended, but not removed. Think that is the last I will see of my money Just looked into this company further and 1 of the Directors already has 2 disolved companies under his belt since 2016 Beware, think twice before using them and dont live to regret it like myself, after 3 months of trying to contact them with no reply, I have just been contacted (15.9.21) and threatened with get the windows installed or we will take you to court. If I was to agree to get them installed after this threat, have the feeling both the quality and workmanship will be extremely shoddy

  13/02/2021 I agreed to have a door fitted along with 2 replacement window units. 18/03/2021 the door was fitted but the window units were the wrong design as they didnt have a leaded diamond pattern. The company said they would reorder them. As I naively paid in full for the door and units I have contacted the company numerous times only to be fobbed off with poor excuses. As of today 03/06/2021 I have not received the units nor have I received a refund.
