Never ever buy anything from Easy Equipment, No quality, No guarantee, No Customer service, I have just Bought New Pizza Preb Counter, it comes faulty not working at all, after over 10 days calling them, they just sent me the form to fill it. Just the waste of money.

Please be very careful with this company. Supplied an ice machine that broke within 4 weeks of use. Then have been utterly shambolic in collecting and issuing the replacement under warranty, moving the goalposts at every opportunity, lying and generally making life as tricky as possible. We currently do not have the replacement and are still waiting.

Made me wait four months for items they said they would dispatch within 3-5 working days. Paid for items, only to be lied to all the way until four months later they told me they couldn't supply the items. Unlawful to state you have something in stock when you are just a reseller and don't have assurities of when they may be received. I will never use this company for anything going forward, stay away!!! I'd rate 0 if I could.
