We bought two Stressless Chairs approx 3 years ago. We did have some problems with the manufacturing issues with the chairs. These were sorted out by the staff at Easy Chair thru the manufacturers, they kept us informed all the way through until the problems were resolved. That continual support 3 years after purchase still exists today, where further problems with the chairs have arisen again. We cannot praise the staff enough for their help and professionalism throughout, a really good company. We would definitely recommend them.

We went with my elderly father to buy a chair from this company and they couldn't of been more helpful. I told them that due to my dad being so poorly we needed the chair that day and they pulled all the stops out to deliver that evening. The people were so friendly and we gave a tip for a wonderful service. Very sadly my dad passed away in hospital a few days later so chair was only used for half a day. I contacted the company as we paid a lot of money for the chair and explained the situation but they refused to take back the chair. I even said we were happy to give it back at a reduced price but again they refused. Our experience therefore with this company is very bitter sweet. I am posting to help this from happening to someone else.

This company have the best after sales I have ever come across. My order from Parker Knoll had a few issues which the latter would not resolve, despite the problem being a manufacturing error. Easy Chair staff were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond to put everything right. I would highly recommend them as a retailer.
