Awfull storage place had my £4500 ebike stolen from here the security is awfull and not as described on the website they promise you the best but realistically poor facilities with poor security measured and website is a complete lie. After my ebike was stolen on the Monday received no notification that my £4500 bike had been stolen only to find out when going to take it out for the day on the Wednesday 2 days later which is absolutely disgusting. After this attempted to claim though the instuance that was included with the unit which took alot of effort and arguing back as they did not want to pay only after threatening with a solicitor did they decide they would warrant the insurance to be valid. Very stressful did not even recieve any sort of apology either just a bunch of crooks and would definitely not store your things here if you value them.

Easy access by name easy access by nature. We stored Sur Ron's here in a unit originally rented to store a car. Someone managed to follow a car through the electric gate, block the gate open, break into 5 units, steal the bikes and get away in under 8 minutes. Their rapid response security took 17 minutes to get to the site. The locks on the doors are useless, they just pop off with minimal force. The units are all advertised as being alarmed which they are not. They are advertised as being well lit which they are not. Insurance paid out £7,000 which is OK as that was the policy that was taken out, they did try to get out of paying that by telling us we was told that 'no off road bikes were to be stored here' however we was only told this when we went to get the bikes and found out they were gone. Would of thought with all of the failings of the company, the lack of an alarm which they advertise all of their units have and the fact that the units were not in a well lit area which they claim all of their units are that they would of covered the the rest of the money we lost. We haven't even had an apology or a real explanation on how this actually happened. If you value your stuff then I'd recommend storing it somewhere else.

Prices are near double for what you can get elsewhere,(as an edit I should clarify the reason I say double the price is due to the fact they are charging 177 pounds for HALF a container, and other sites we've contacted are the same price for double the storage space) feels like they have hiked their prices just to make enough money to rip down the fire damaged areas and likely load it full of more containers, currently paying for half a container at the same rate as other sites and a whole container. Poor show and just plain greedy. I have edited this review as due to the response from Easy Access claiming I have never stored anything with them, I can confirm I am still using their services through my business, of which my name is attached to the account. I am in there weekly sometimes more often, and at times a lot less often, we have been using the facility for about a year give or take a month or 2. To prove this fact I can say that once all the fire damaged materials were removed weeks ago all the cranes had moved towards the back of the site neatly in a row, there is currently a maroon coloured skip with the number 8 sprayed on it near where there is a large ad blue container. Let me be clear here, I've entered my review based on the facts, the price for a container has just risen from £167 to £177 per month, and this is for a half of a container, which is on a secured locked site which requires us to use a fob and a 6 digit pass code to enter, and we are supposed to let the gates close behind us before driving fully to our unit, the security is a 24 hour manned cctv. My review is based on those facts and the fact that a quick search and I find several storage companies much cheaper, for example one company who charges £160 per month rents out a full sized container (double that at easy access) and has 24 hour site based security. So my apologies if I have upset the staff at easy access for answering questions posed by Google, I wasn't being unfair or unjust, nearly telling the truth so there's looking know this before signing into anything. 5th April 2022 I am leaving 1 final edit to this review, Thankfully we have now moved our business to another storage facility, and I would just like to express my disappointment in the fact easy access self storage basically called me a liar in my original review despite it being factual, then once edited they never bothered to comment on my evidence to back up my facts, so here I am 1 last time so that the people looking at booking one of these containers can have the truth. Easy access have been charging us £167 per 4 weeks. Which increased to £177 per 4 weeks, that equates to £195 per calendar month, and they kindly gave us half a container for that price, our 3m long trailer has to sit at an angle inside with barely any room for the rest of our equipment, after being called a liar by easy access we decided that was the final straw and we've now accepted a new unit at a different site. The site in question is charging us £180 per calendar month for a 7.5m full length container and full 24 hour manned security. That's £15 per month in our back pocket and an extra 3.25m of container. I would suggest to easy access 2 things, number 1. I would work on your price checks for the local and surrounding areas because what you offer is far from value for money, number 2. Customer service, it's non existent, when customers give such feedback maybe try and work with them to improve your business rather than cutting them down and calling them a liar.

4 weeks upfront and 4 week deposit. Units are good Had Easy access chasing me for money I had already paid every month and even disabled my fob on one occasion considering I paid at least 24-48 hours before was due each time!! Could not access my tools which I was paying a hefty price to keep secure. My advice is to look elsewhere leaving after 2 months thankfully for a bigger unit for half the price and no deposit.
