We were sent to Eastwood flooring via our insurance and I am so please as Wendy and Charlotte were so helpful. Charlotte took a lot of time to go through the different types of flooring and even lent me quite a few of the sample books. Unfortunately, the floor we'd chosen for the hallway was no longer available and was discontinued. Wendy took the the time to get what looked like all the books of sheet vinyl to find the best replacement possible. The fitter, Reece, did a brilliant job at fitting the hallway and kitchen floor and we are so pleased with it. Despite an urgent family matter, he still came back to finish laying the flooring for us. We will be returning to Eastwood floor to do our bathroom ASAP!! Service: Install flooring

Thanks to the brilliant advice of Wendy and Terry (the floor fitter) our new Karndean flooring looks incredible! Wendy is knowledgeable and helpful and talked us through our options, so we’d find something that was not only practical (small child and two cats!) but also matched our aesthetic of more traditional parquet looking floors. Terry did an incredible job, was reliable and caused as minimal disruption as possible. We are now looking to Eastwood Flooring for our new carpet runner and upstairs carpets. I have received very helpful service from Eastwood Flooring from the initial contact to the carpet choosing onto the fitting. The carpet is wonderful and just so soft to walk on. We definitely made the right choice which was the only tricky part, as there were so many to choose from. The fitter was amazing - moving furniture and laying the underlay and carpet unaided. It was appreciated that all the old carpet was taken away and that the new one was vacuumed before the fitter left. Totally recommend Eastwood Flooring if you are looking for personal yet professional service.
