Have used them for years. They are very pleasant drivers. But now seem to be getting very unreliable . I am disabled and missed a very important doctors appointment. Rang them up as they were late. Couldnt get through. They rang me back . Saying sorry and that another was on its way. But it never arrived. So have now used another company

Really disappointed as the first thing we did when ordering was to tell them we had two dogs with us who are well behaved and in fact the trip out was good and NO problems. Our return trip the same day with the same dogs the first taxi left us waiting at our pick up as he wouldn’t take dogs.🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 Eventually after waiting in the freezing cold outside we rung GTCars who offered a fantastic service and no questions or extra costs for the dogs. Recommend you use them and save being left in the cold

Avoid if you dont want to be late! Booked a taxi for 7:20 rang up a good half and hour before to book it, the taxi didnt turn up until 7:39, the operator kept saying the taxi was on its way and blamed the icy road for a delay but the driver told me he only got the job a few mins ago wont use it again! GT cars are more reliable and professional!

Terrible service. Booked a taxi for going to the hospital. The driver didn't arrive, no operator picked the call. Had to cancel in the end as I was running late for my operation. Will not recommend to anyone and wil never use their service again. 11th November 2022 at 7 am to QMC ENT
