Decent place for walk, jog and rest with beautiful trees and flowers in spring season. Boating and pool for kids to play in summer. Events that are organised like Basingstoke cultural festival. Nice time pass for elderly people with remote controlled miniature boats over Sundays in pool by Basingstoke Model Boat Club (BMBC). Duck pond to feed, park for kids to play. Playground: Lot of play area with some challenging activities for kids to do and learn skills with physical activities especially for young kids Restrooms: Rest rooms are there but operate on certain days when there are events and when boating and cafeteria is open. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed most part of the park except for play area for kids. Picnic area: There is plenty of space to have your own are under shady tree near pond and have a little family and friends picnic and many people do to get relaxed
