Having never thrown before I attended a 2 day weekend course with Jon and Sarah. They were amazing, explaining every step of the throwing process and guiding you though all the creative stages including trimming and glazing. You work in a very relaxed environment (listening to Jon's 70's and 80's music mixes) with plenty of laughs with like minded people. Fantastic experience I'd happily do again and again!

Had a lovely day here. I’ve always wanted to have a go on a potters wheel and this experience hit the nail on the head. Brilliantly taught and organised. The day flew by. Lovely group of people too. Can’t wait to receive my little pots; they may not be great (ha ha) but will be a souvenir of a fab day. Thanks.

The 1.5 hour potters wheel experience was my Christmas present. My first reaction was 'What! I'll never make anything except a mess!' But it was a great experience, lots of fun, the time just flew by. I managed to make a bit of a mess of my first pot but the second was better than I expected. Sarah is kind and patient and the whole group were friendly. I'd love a whole day there!

Me and my partner attended a Potter's Wheel Introduction class that was bought for us as a gift. We were excited to go and we weren't disappointed. Jon & Sarah were super friendly and welcoming which made a really lovely atmosphere for everyone there. We both had a good go on the wheel, without feeling rushed and we had a good laugh with everyone there, it was very relaxed and mistakes were very much welcome - which was good as we were complete beginners. On top of that, the location is beautiful, we visited a few weeks before Christmas and the farm and grounds had a gentle blanket of snow. We decided to have our pot fired and glazed which we picked up shortly after Christmas and now sits proudly on our shelf with some flowers in.

My Mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our introduction to pottery, the time whizzed by. We were taken step by step through the process and Jon and Sarah were both there to guide us. We produced some pots that we were proud of and will definitely be back for a day of pottery in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience. Introduction to the potter's wheel was so good we're very much tempted to book a whole day experience. Highly recommend to all.... The tuition by Jon is excellent. I was very sceptical at the start when we said we were going to make a pot.... But we did it! Just fantastic
