If I could give no stars I would! Been complaining about my front door for about 3-4 years! Keeps being pushed back and they lie when you have proof of what was said. The door is rotten and so draughty and has condensation on the glass and even the wood but they won’t do nothing about it!

Very smooth process when taking our deposit monies and looking to complete on the property. 5 stars up until the point monies were received. Since that moment the service has been atrocious. The emergency line is useless, staff lack common sense and do not keep us informed. They do not chase on our behalf. We are still awaiting our gas and electric bills to be set up nearly 5 months after moving into the property. Not once have I had a positive experience with them since the day of completion.
