I have been a regular customer for many years. Never made to feel the wheelchair is hard to tie down, I feel comfortable and safe. Very reliable and communicative. Does long and short journeys. Has rescued me more than once when I had trouble with my chair. Charges the same as a ‘normal’ taxi. Highly recommended!
