Terrible due to extra rail replacement bus. Had checked online and found no details of broken train only to arrive and find I had to bundle onto a bus and cut my good-byes short. One ticket machine would accept my cash, not helpful! Disgusting to be charged for a fast cross country train, only to have to take a bus that doubled journey time to Reading.

Came here specifically to do a very 'Old Fashioned' thing, train spotting! Saw one or two things I came to see and was impressed with the station, pretty clean and actually has toilets you can use! The day I came had to get a bus here from Southampton Parkway and back again due to emergency track works (I assume) but all added to a positive experience really!
