Been using Eastleigh Sports Massage Therapy for a number of years now. Katherine has helped keep me pain free and always helps with all other niggles that i get. She is very professional and rates are very good as well. Always happy to help accommodate my work commitments. Katherine's all round experience helps give exercise to help with all recovery. After an operation a few years ago she led my rehab as there was very little from the NHS other than physiotherapy. Happy to report that no side affects since. This was a small operation but lots of rehab work after 2 months on crutches. I highly recommend Eastleigh Sports Massage Therapy for any issues.
