I took my daughter to the job centre today, appointment was for 2pm, we arrived at 1.40pm, made to wait outside, in the drizzle as they were closed until 2pm! Then unrealistic expectations for a single parent trying to work to provide a better life for herself and child, no consideration or care for medical condition.

A few of the staff are relatively friendly but about 60% are as arrogant as humanly possible, not particularly understanding and very unhelpful. You often get blunt answers with no explanation and looked down on as if you're not worthy of their time. Would not recommend.
