initially I felt Jim's service was Incredible service turnaround in a day . Excellent value. However Jim suggested he could sell a bike for me. He would only charge for the service in March 2022. He wouldn't reply respond to messages tel calls on various platforms. But did answer when I rang on my daughter's phone. I asked for it back but still no response. He eventually took a call and said he would buy it off me but no money or bike appeared...... I attended his home/ work address only to be told it was at his lockup in Southampton and he would get it for me. After more messaging he informed me that HE HAD FORGOTTEN BUT MUST HAVE SOLD IT!!!!!! He wouldn't tell me for how much or when, due to GDPR. He transfered money into my bank account in Aug 2022. The first impression I had was positive and all reviews were great as was mine. Beware..... from my now experience...dishonest.

A great experience from Jim. He managed to swiftly remove a bottom bracket that had spent 28 years getting seized into an old mountain bike / abused commuter bike - despite my failed attempts! he was very responsive gave a quick turn around, certainly knew what he was doing and has all the right tools and charged a fair price. Definitely would use again and recommend highly. thank you!

Just had my bike serviced and I can honestly say it is the best service I have ever had. The bike felt so slick afterwards and noticeably different in a great way not least it was very shiny after Jim cleaned it. Cannot recommend highly enough and have already taken my other bike in for servicing.
